Partner Program Terms

1. Joining the program
Participation is application-based. Adkick may approve, reject, suspend, or remove a partner at its discretion. You must provide accurate application and payout information and keep it current.
2. Referral attribution
A referral must be a genuinely new Adkick customer who follows your valid referral link and creates an account within the 60-day attribution window. The most recent valid partner link before signup receives attribution. Attribution is locked at signup and cannot normally be reassigned.
3. Qualifying commissions
You earn 15% of eligible subscription revenue actually collected from an attributed customer during the first 12 months after their first successful subscription payment. Eligible revenue excludes taxes, discounts, refunds, credits, chargebacks, top-ups, fraudulent transactions, and self-referrals. Amounts are rounded to the smallest unit of the payment currency.
4. Customer and partner credits
A referred customer receives 25 bonus credits once, after their first successful paid subscription invoice. Approved partners may receive 100 starter credits once after an Adkick account is linked. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and remain subject to Adkick’s standard service terms.
5. Holds, adjustments, and payouts
Commissions remain pending for 45 days after the underlying payment. Refunds, disputes, fraud, or accounting corrections can reduce or void a commission before payout. If an adjustment occurs after payout, Adkick may offset it against future commissions. Founding-partner payouts are processed manually using the payout method on file. You are responsible for applicable taxes and for providing valid payout information.
6. Promotion and disclosure
Describe Adkick honestly and clearly disclose that you may earn a commission. Do not make misleading claims, impersonate Adkick, send spam, use deceptive redirects, place referral links through malware or cookie stuffing, or bid on Adkick-branded search terms without written permission. You are responsible for following the advertising and endorsement laws that apply to you.
7. Program changes and termination
Adkick may change or end the program prospectively. Material economic changes apply under a new program version and will not silently rewrite commissions already earned under this version. Unpaid fraudulent, abusive, or policy-violating commissions may be voided. Either party may end participation at any time.
8. Relationship and liability
You are an independent participant, not an employee, agent, or representative of Adkick. You cannot bind Adkick or make commitments on its behalf. The program is provided as available, subject to applicable law and Adkick’s general Terms of Service.
